Return Policy

All regular stocked Items that are unopened and in resaleable condition can be returned up to two weeks from the purchase date. 

All regular stocked items that are unopened and in resaleable condition returned after two weeks are subject to a 20% restock fee up to three months from original purchase date.

If items are returned after three months from original purchase date there will be a 20% restock fee and only credit on account will be given.

Special order items are subject to a 50% restock fee and return shipping costs based on vendors' return policies. If a vendor does not accept returns, we will not be able to accept the special order item for return. Please make sure to contact us if you have questions about vendors' return policies on special order items.
